
Article 1: Nature of Participation
• The Second Party shall participate with original artworks in the exhibition.
• The exhibition is open to all artistic fields (painting, photography, sculpture, handmade crafts, etc.).
• A maximum of three artworks may be submitted.
• Final selection of artworks shall be made by a designated committee appointed by the Gallery.
• The Gallery reserves the full right to determine the placement, display arrangement, and distribution of all artworks within the exhibition space.
• The Gallery may choose to display one, two, all, or none of the submitted artworks at its sole discretion. Submission does not guarantee display.

Article 2: Duration and Location
• Duration: 3 Months, from June until September 2026.
• Location: Al Hosh Gallery – The Pearl, Marina 1, Qatar.

Article 3: Participation Fee
• The participation fee for the exhibition is QAR 700.
• The fee must be paid upon registration and is non-refundable, regardless of artwork selection or display outcome.

Article 4: Artwork Shipment and Responsibilities
• Artists from outside Qatar are responsible for shipping their artworks to the gallery at their own expense.
• The Gallery shall be responsible for the artworks once received and during the exhibition period.
• In case of damage occurring while the artworks are under the custody of the Gallery, the Gallery assumes responsibility.

Article 5: Withdrawal and Collection of Artworks
• The Artist may not withdraw any artwork before the official end date of the exhibition without written consent from the Gallery.
• After the exhibition concludes, the Artist must collect their artworks within a maximum period of two (2) weeks.
• The Gallery shall not be responsible for storage beyond this period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Article 6: Intellectual Property and Promotion
• The Second Party retains full intellectual property rights to their artworks.
• The First Party is granted the right to use images of the artworks for promotional, documentation, and marketing purposes related to the exhibition.

Article 7: Compliance with Qatari Law
• The Artist confirms that the submitted artworks comply with the laws and regulations of the State of Qatar.
• The artworks must not contain content that violates public morals, religious sensitivities, political regulations, or intellectual property laws in Qatar.

Article 8: Sales
• All artworks included in this exhibition shall be available for sale.
• The sale price of each artwork shall be determined and agreed upon prior to the exhibition.
• The Gallery shall be responsible for handling all sales transactions.
• The commission structure shall be as follows:
30% to Al Hosh Gallery
70% to the Artist
•For artists participating from outside Qatar who manage the shipment of their own artworks, the gallery will not take any commission on the sale of their pieces.
• The Artist shall not sell the exhibited artworks independently or through third parties

Article 9: Agreement and Electronic Signature
• Signing this agreement electronically via email or official messages constitutes a legally binding agreement by both parties to all the terms listed above.
