Drawing Women in Lina Al-Aali’s Style

Workshop Description
In this art workshop, participants will embark on a unique journey to paint the Gulf woman from a contemporary perspective, inspired by the style of artist Lina Al-Ali, which blends softness with strength, and tradition with modernity.
Participants will learn how to express the essence of the woman using:
- Traditional clothing (such as thobe al-nashl and al-mushammar)
- Cultural symbols (such as old doors and Gulf ornamental motifs)
- Light and shadow balance to convey dignity and serenity
- Facial features in a symbolic style that reflects identity
About the Artist
Artist Lina Al-Aali A Qatari artist, certified trainer, and author of children's and young adult literature. She tells stories through a brush that pulses with identity and writes to ignite the imagination of future generations.
